Raised in the Santa Ynez Valley for over 20 years, Cary Dahlstrom possesses knowledge of the local area and has the foundation needed to find her clients their perfect dream property. From a young age, Cary was exposed to real estate through her mother and longtime Santa Ynez Valley broker, Harriet Dahlstrom. Starting off as Harriet’s assistant in high school, Cary was exposed to vineyard land and estates - making her familiar with a variety of properties. The knowledge and love for this land inspired her to acquire her license at 27. She has continued her career in real estate, once again pleased to be Harriet's partner.
A lifelong horse owner, former instructor, and an owner of farm and ranch properties, Cary offers an intimate knowledge of gentlemen's ranches and land. Attending classes in Agriculture and Equine Pasture Management at the University of Kentucky and Landscaping Architecture at Northern Kentucky University enhanced her knowledge of this unique skill. Her early background also includes new construction sales in Central Coast California.
Cary supported and volunteered for 'Riding for Hope' at the Kentucky Horse Park for a number of years. She has also worked at the FEI World Equestrian Games which gave her a rare opportunity to meet top equestrians from all over the world and build on her communication and organizational skills in an equestrian environment.
Cary is passionate about finding the ideal property for her clients. Her compassion for others gives her insight into peoples' dreams and the drive to achieve goals for both her and her clients. She offers a strong work ethic, excellent negotiating skills and is committed to both integrity and honesty in her business dealings.
